How To Use Our FREEPOST system

Fill out lab docket
- Include FULL practice address
- Include FULL dentist name
- Ensure fit appointment AFTER return date
- Work is delivered between 9am and 5pm

Put docket in front pocket of lab bag
- Always keep the lab docket dry to prevent damage

Place the impressions into the lab bag
- Avoid over saturating the impressions
- Keep all impressions and bite in one bag per patient

Place in a suitable envelope / box / FREEPOST bag
- Make sure to seal and secure your parcel
- Do not use see through packaging
- Patient’s details must be visible
- Write our full address on the parcel

Post in post box or post office
- Freepost usually takes 1-2 days to reach us
You don’t need an account to send to BDS, we set it up when we get your first piece of work.
